I am unable to send message to unknown contact through web :- phone number shared via url is invalid.. which is not true

It would be great if you could look at the "share conversation" feature again as it is not working. I ain't getting any buttons for selecting and choosing which conversation to share. I have shared a copy of the screenshot for details.
