A note Should be there common for all texts where we can store our ready made templates

can add a option to send drag and drop template messages to the list of whatsapp numbers in one tab. announcements can be sent all the people in one tab.

When we input notes in the chat and if we format that with bold and bullt list etc. and later when we wish to copy those note to our chat or system the formats are gone. please make sure the notes still has format as per the input.

Also addinng a pretyped templates assigned as per the categories will great improve productivity.

we get lot of queries answers to it we have to reply by a pre defined templet reply

we want to save pre created answers which can be sent just by clicking on it

add features so we can quickly reply a chat.

add option able to edit it first when needed before send (for some chat)
