Be able to re-add system tabs (with their auto-inclusion rules) in case of accidental deletion or to allow change of mind later on (perhaps due to changing circumstances or requirements).

The current message when deleting a system tab is:

"Once you delete this system tab, you cannot add it back. Consider reordering tabs instead."
